Newly refurbished in August 2007 with private balcony overlooking Holdfast Shores Marina & the Patawalonga. Balcony Rooms consist of a Queen bed and Single bed.

All Balcony rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning, broadband internet access, tea & coffee facilities, bar fridge, TV with free FOXTEL and free car parking. 

Rates include 1 or 2 guests. Extra guests cost $20 per person. Children under 15 years stay free of charge using existing bedding. Cots are available free of charge upon request..
